Faults Alarm of Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber

Today we will discuss the reasons why the constant temperature and humidity test chamber alarms during operation. Most of the equipment alarms are caused by improper operation.

There are reasons: refrigeration system, temperature system and circulation system.

In the refrigeration system, if the refrigeration compressor is overload, the equipment will alarm. If the refrigerant pressure exceeds the set value, it will stop and alarm at the same time. At this time, the fault must be eliminated and then manually reset.

Power supply short phase and phase sequence alarm. When the external power supply of the equipment is out of phase or changes the phase sequence, it will stop and alarm at the same time.

If the circulating cooling water of the equipment is short of water, the equipment will alarm while stopping. When the cooling circulating water system has insufficient water pressure, the equipment will also alarm while stopping. It can only operate normally after troubleshooting and resetting.

Refrigeration compressor overheating alarm. When the compressor coil is overheated and the line power supply is abnormal, the constant temperature and humidity test machine equipment will alarm while stopping.

Temperature system

Overtemperature alarm. The sensors in the channel and sample area are equipped with overtemperature protection devices, and there is also an overtemperature protection device on the control panel. When the working room temperature exceeds the controller setting value, the constant temperature and humidity test machine equipment will stop running and alarm.

Sample overtemperature protection. When the temperature in the sample area exceeds the protection temperature set by the controller, the equipment will alarm while stopping.

The sample overtemperature protection can be set according to your actual needs. The overtemperature protection is divided into upper limit protection and lower limit protection.

Circulation system

The alarm is caused by overheating of the circulation fan. When the fan coil is overheated, the constant temperature and humidity test machine equipment will alarm while stopping.

Fan overcurrent alarm. When the fan current exceeds the allowable value, the constant temperature and humidity test machine equipment will alarm while stopping, and it will not be able to operate normally until the fault is repaired.
