Brief Introduction:

The IQUALITROL SHR-150DTS electric Rockwell hardness tester uses a high-precision digital Rockwell LCD screen, which can display and set the current test scale, dwell time, hardness conversion values, and more.

The instrument uses a weight loading mechanism. During operation, you only need to manually preload until the instrument beeps, then press the start button.

The instrument will automatically load, dwell, unload, and display the hardness value, making operation convenient and the display intuitive.

Main Features:

1. The integrated cast iron structure makes the main body of the machine rigid, minimizing deformation. The casing undergoes natural aging treatment for more than six months, ensuring stable physical properties;

2. The lifting screw achieves a hardness of 35HRC~40HRC after heat treatment, with a stable structure and wear resistance;

3. The weights and lever are manufactured and calibrated using classic techniques, providing high accuracy and allowing fine adjustments through the mechanical structure;

4. High-precision digital Rockwell hardness calculator supports all Rockwell hardness scales and allows scale conversion according to ASTM E 140 standards;
 

5. Supports setting upper and lower limits, with out-of-tolerance warnings;

6. Hardness test results are saved in real time, automatically recording the test time, and data can be exported via USB or wirelessly.
