Temperature and Humidity Fluctuations in Climate Chamber

In order to more accurately simulate the actual environmental conditions that the product is subjected to in nature, the environmental test must ensure that the tested product is in the same temperature environment. To this end, the temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation chamber in the test must be limited.

Temperature fluctuation is a relatively easy parameter to achieve. The actual temperature fluctuation in the test chamber produced by most manufacturers is within the range of ±0.3℃.

The relative humidity deviation in the temperature and humidity environmental test chamber should be -3%~+2%. In order to meet the humidity control accuracy requirements, the temperature control accuracy in the environmental test chamber is required to be high, and the temperature fluctuation is generally less than ±1℃, otherwise it is difficult to meet the humidity control accuracy requirements.
