Advantages of the Visual System Compared to
Eyepiece Measurement
1, Direct measurement on the surface to be measured, eliminating visual errors. Traditional hardness testers use eyepiece measurements, where the scale lines and indentations are not on the same plane.
From different viewing angles, the positions of the scale and indentation may have parallax, leading to variations in measurements by different angles and different operators.
2, High measurement accuracy: no mechanical eyepiece backlash issues. The mechanical eyepiece micrometer has a scale resolution of about 10 μm and suffers from mechanical backlash, requiring strict measurement procedures.
The visual system's image sensor has a pixel pitch of 7.5 μm, providing higher accuracy and better measurement consistency.
3, Provides two-dimensional simultaneous measurement with multiple measurement methods, simplifying the measurement process and increasing measurement speed.
4, Supports the rectangular tangent measurement method.
5, Eliminates visual fatigue and reduces measurement labor intensity. IQUALITROL vision uses a 65K true-color TFT LCD screen, which is comfortable for viewing without fatigue and allows multiple people to measure simultaneously.
