Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol QXD-3000 used for simulating artificial aging tests of various automotive interior materials, plastics, paints, coatings, electronic meters, textiles, printing and dyeing, dyes, decorative materials, wood floors, safety helmets, leather, petrochemicals, rubber, and other materials for light resistance, colorfastness to weather, and colorfastness to light and perspiration.
By setting the conditions of xenon lamp irradiation energy, temperature, humidity, spraying, and alternating light and dark in the test chamber, a simulated natural environment required by the standard is provided to test the performance changes of materials such as fading, aging, softening, hardening, and cracking.
Main Features:
1, Dual temperature control, controlling the sample blackboard thermometer or ISO/DIN black standard thermometer and air temperature;
2, Imported long arc lamp tube simulates the most realistic full-spectrum sunlight;
3, Special glass filters with specific transmittance can be interchanged with imported brands;
4, Irradiation technology: two solar standards are used for accelerated aging testing of narrow wave (420nm or 340nm), broadband (300-400nm) or irradiance control/lux (280-3000nm);
5, Monitoring interface: friendly monitoring interface, operation curve, mobile phone and computer APP communication technology.
