Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol XLB-801 is mainly used for precise measurement of hardened layer depths from medium to high-frequency quenching and carburizing quenching.

It is widely used for bearings, gears, and various heat-treated workpieces. In addition, it can also measure weld thickness, interfaces of different materials, and the re-melting depth of aluminum alloy castings.

Detection Modes:
1. Dry Single-Crystal Detection
Using a dry single-crystal probe, no secondary feedback, no focus, unaffected by water distance. One probe can measure workpieces of different materials and thicknesses.

3. Unique Dry Non-Focused Detection
The unique dry non-focused detection requires no water or tape, can handle high temperatures and test surfaces up to 60°C, has low operational requirements, clear waveforms, good repeatability and stability, and is compatible with water-immersed focused detection.

Dry non-focused detection has no initial wave blind spot, can measure thinner pieces, and without the delay block limitation from adding water, it can also measure thicker workpieces.
