Faults Solution of Salt Spray Test Chamber

 

Various faults occur due to improper operation of salt spray test chamber or the equipment itself when the user operates them. Don't worry! Here we have summarized simple methods for various faults specifically for the salt spray test machine.

 

Check the list to facilitate viewing and handling of problems. Salt spray test machines have heating, salt spray use, mildew use, artificial climate, etc.

 

Widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, motorcycles, hardware tools and other products, parts, materials and products, metal electroplating and coating salt spray corrosion tests.

 

Fault 1: Cannot work normally after power on

 

Troubleshooting method:

Check whether the water level inside the Saturation Bucket is too low. When the water level is too low, the equipment will cut off the power supply to ensure the safe operation of the equipment; so when this fault occurs, first check the water level of the heat sink. If this fault still cannot operate normally, it must be a functional failure of the salt spray test equipment.

 

Fault 2: The temperature of the salt spray test chassis cannot rise to the set value

 

Troubleshooting:

1. If the temperature of the laboratory thermostat is set too low, we can set the thermostat to the required temperature.

 

2. If the laboratory safety protection switch is set too low, we can set the safety switch to the required temperature.

 

Fault 3: The spray is normal, but the air compressor is not running normally

 

Troubleshooting method:

Under normal circumstances, for safety reasons, the air compressor salt spray test machine is generally equipped with an automatic protection system. When the salt spray test machine is not used normally, the compressor will automatically stop running, so when a fault occurs in this situation, it can be used as usual.

 

Fault 4: Insufficient use of salt spray machine

 

Troubleshooting:

1. If the spray regulator is placed too low, we can increase the spray regulator.

 

2. If the glass filter is blocked after the water tank is preheated, it may be that we can clean the glass filter.

 

3. If the pressure is set too low, we can adjust the regulator to a pressure of 1KG per square centimeter, and the compressor regulating valve is marked to adjust to a pressure of 2KG per square centimeter.

 

4. If the water shortage warning light of the machine is on, it means that the water level is too low, and you need to check whether the laboratory or the bucket is saturated.

 

5. If the air compressor does not run, since the air compressor itself has a self-reporting function, this can be used as usual and will not affect the test process.

 

6. If the water tank does not run, the water level is too low, which will cause the radiator to lose power. The water level in the water tank can be heated. Under normal circumstances, it can be added.

 

Fault 5: The salt precipitation of the salt spray test machine is too small

 

Troubleshooting:

1. Adjust the distance between the top cover of the salt spray tower and the nozzle. The greater the distance, the greater the precipitation.

 

2. Spray pressure regulating valve, the larger the pressure valve, the greater the MPA salt precipitation, and the precipitation is proportional to the MPA and salt spray.
