Embedding helps to standardize and fix their external dimensions, facilitating subsequent fully automatic grinding and polishing.

When a product cannot be formed at high temperatures, a high-pressure mounting press is required. High-pressure cold mounting press was designed by using high-pressure technology, with a maximum pressure of up to 2 bar, ensuring that bubbles are thoroughly expelled during the curing process of cold-embedded samples.

This guarantees that the cold embedding resin cures quickly without affecting the physical and chemical properties of the resin and curing agent mixture, making it suitable for the rapid curing of all cold embedding resins and the production of high-quality samples.
