Some users have lower humidity requirements for programmable constant temperature and humidity test chambers, such as 15%RH or 5%RH low humidity requirements, etc., but few people ask about the humidity range of 0%RH. Because we all know that 0%RH humidity means no humidity requirements.

Just as high humidity of 98%RH is better than humidity of 100%RH, because humidity of 100%RH indicates that moisture is saturated, and saturation equals water.

2. What is the humidity when the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is set to 0℃?

This depends on whether the operator sets the temperature to 0 °C or the humidity to 0% relative humidity (RH).

If the set temperature value is 0, that is, there is no humidity, then this type of equipment cannot be used, because humidity cannot be used at temperatures below 5°C.

If the humidity is set to zero, there is no humidity. The humidity range of the general constant temperature and humidity environment test equipment is 20% to 98%RH. The so-called relative humidity refers to the relative temperature of the generated humidity. Not all temperatures can have humidity.

There is dry or evaporative humidity, such as high temperatures above 90°C, which basically has no humidity. Below the usual humidity of 5°C, humidity is impossible, because at low temperatures, the moisture in the air will frost or freeze, so 0°C humidity is impossible.

In fact, it is possible to set the humidity to 0%, but this only sets the humidity display to 0%, indicating that the humidification system of our equipment will not humidify, but it is impossible to require that there is no water molecule in the air, just as unrealistic as using the best dehumidification equipment in the world.
