Brief Introduction:

The iqualitrol JMHVS-1000XYZ Automatic Precision micro Vickers Hardness Tester equips with indenter lifting structure. It is especially suitable for the testing of large-sized workpieces. Moreover, it has good reliability, operability and intuition.

 

JMHVS-1000XYZ adopts computer software programming, high-power optical measurement system and closed-loop control technology of sensors.

 

JMHVS-1000XYZ equipped with indentation image automatic analysis system, which can not only photograph and measure the indentation and observe metallographic structure of materials, but also measure the depth of hardened layer of workpiece by planning path.

 

It is suitable for measuring Vickers hardness thin specimens, surface coating and other brittle materials such as glass, ceramics, agate, gemstone, etc.

Loading Mode and Path Settings

Multiple methods ensure users can still obtain satisfactory measurement results even when the sample placement is not vertical or horizontal.

Two-point method: Click any two points on the sample image to specify the movement direction of the stage;
Normal method: Select the normal to the sample edge to determine the stage movement direction;
Angle bisector: Choose an angle, and use the direction of its bisector as the sample movement direction;
Arbitrary point method: Place the moving platform at any position, add a loading point, and then perform a single loading and measurement.
Arbitrary point loading: Double-click any position on the platform, and the platform will automatically move that point to the center of the indenter's field of view to load and measure.
Path adjustment: For the selected path, various operations can be performed, including horizontal mirror, vertical mirror, 90-degree rotation, 180-degree rotation, rotation at any angle, and position translation.

Automatic measurement Automatically load point by point along the set loading path, automatically focus, and automatically measure indents to calculate hardness values, and plot the hardening curve;

Main Features:

1, XYZ Sample Movement Control: The system supports XY motorized sample stage movement and Z-axis control; including manual control, motorized control (joystick control), and automatic control (software control). X-Y directions can move synchronously. Motorized control uses a three-dimensional joystick, designed based on ergonomic principles, simple and convenient, and operates at will.

2, Software Control and Loading Modes:
2.1, Positioning Movement Loading: The stage moves directly to the software-set position for loading.
2.2, Fixed-Point Movement Loading: Select any point on the sample, move it under the indenter, and load.
2.3, Directional Movement Loading: Use mouse clicks to control the stage to move in any of eight directions; movement step size can be set and load applied.
2.4, Arbitrary Position Loading: Drag the stage with the mouse to move in any direction, allowing the user to view the sample surface; a loading point can be set at any position.

3, Variable Speed Movement: When the platform moves, five speed levels are available.


4, Other Functions: Arbitrary origin setting, automatic reset, mechanical limits, and other professional functions to meet various requirements.


5, Fully Automatic Operation: The system automatically moves along a preset multi-point path, automatically rotates the turret, automatically loads, automatically focuses, and automatically measures, while automatically plotting the hardening curve.

6, Hardness Value Conversion, Correction, and Effective Verification: The system can convert measured micro Vickers hardness values into other hardness scales such as HB, HR, etc.; it can also effectively verify sample measurement values.
