Brief Introduction:
Walk in Cyclic Corrosion Test Chamber simulates corrosion test in an artificial environment for testing metal materials with or without corrosion protection.
Method for rapid analysis of corrosion, such as discontinuities, pores and damage in organic and inorganic coatings testing, in addition, for quality control purposes, can be compared between samples coated with the same coating; Salt spray test particularly suitable for detecting discontinuities in certain metals, organic, anodizing and conversion coatings, such as small holes and other defects;
Salt spray test (NSS) is suitable for (metals and alloys, metal coatings (anode and cathode), conversion coatings, anodized coating, organic coating on metal material);
Note:
1, There are many factors affecting the corrosion process, such as the formation of protective film, depending on the conditions encountered great changes, so there is little direct relationship between the resistance to salt spray and the resistance to other media;
2, The obtained test results cannot be used as a direct indication of the corrosion resistance of the tested metal materials in all available environments.
3, Similarly, the performance of different materials in the test can not be directly used as corrosion resistance of these materials in use guide.
