Product Overview:

The iqualitrol HVT2.1/T3.1 series micro Vickers/Vickers hardness image measurement system is an advanced professional hardness image measurement product;

 

the system supports multiple measurement methods such as manual measurement and automatic measurement, with high measurement accuracy and good repeatability;

 

the system supports Vickers hardness, Knoop hardness and fracture toughness measurement; this system has different levels of software to meet the different needs of customers.

 

The HVT2.1/T3.1 microscopic/Vickers hardness image automatic measurement system can directly control the hardness tester host, automatic coordinate test table and lifting screw (T3.1), can observe images and measure hardness values in real time, can measure manually and automatically,

 

the measurement process is fast and accurate, can automatically displace and read the sample according to the set trajectory, and realize automatic turret, automatic focusing (T3.1), automatic loading, automatic displacement, automatic reading and other intelligent functions to meet the needs of high-end users.

 

● The system uses a 3-megapixel digital camera to collect images, effectively improving the measurement accuracy;

● The automatic X-Y anvil has a variety of control methods, which can be computer-controlled, manually operated, or joystick-operated;

 

● The system has the function of measuring the effective hardened layer depth with one key, and the computer controls the automatic hardness test, automatically generates the hardness curve, automatically calculates the effective hardened layer depth, and can print out the effective hardened layer depth curve and report;

 

● The system has a convenient test card and hardness block calibration function, which can correct the system error of the hardness tester;

Main functions: (Different versions of software are slightly different)

● System linkage: The system realizes linkage with the hardness tester through the RS232 interface. The software controls the hardness tester, adjusts the brightness, controls the turret, switches the lens, loads with variable load and reads directly in real time;

 

● Pressure linkage: After the pressure of the hardness tester is converted, the system senses the pressure change and adjusts it in time;

 

● Turret linkage: The software controls the hardness tester to switch between the objective lens and the indenter;

● Loading linkage: The software controls the hardness tester to load, without manual control of the hardness tester;

 

● Measurement linkage: The software controls the hardness tester turret, loads and directly measures the hardness value;

● Platform linkage: Professional automatic platform and control, completely controlled by the system;

 

● Platform dragging: On the active image, drag the mouse to control the displacement of the platform in all directions;

 

● Focus linkage: T3.1 fully automatic system configuration, computer controls the automatic lifting and automatic focusing of the hardness tester screw, no manual lifting and lowering of the screw, no need to observe the focus, the operator saves worry and effort, reduces the error, and improves the accuracy;

 

● Direction setting: According to the depth direction, set the corresponding platform displacement direction to ensure the best measurement results;

● Layer depth curve: Draw the hardness-depth curve according to the measured data, and can output dual hardness curves (HV and HRC/HRA, etc.).

 

● Graphic report: Automatically record the measured data, automatically generate the hardness-depth curve, save or print the hardness-depth curve, indentation image and all indentation measurement values, and all reports are saved as WORD documents;

 

● Image printing: Users can set the export mode of indentation images, which can be divided into all images, current images or no image output;

 

● Result statistics: Export the measurement results of multiple indentations in EXCEL data format, and automatically count the number of measurements, maximum hardness value, minimum hardness value, average value, mean square error, etc.
