Furnace Chamber Material: Made of special alumina ceramic fiber, vacuum formed, high temperature resistant and non-powdering. Uses vacuum forming technology and high-quality silicon molybdenum rods, which are distributed on both sides of the furnace chamber, ensuring uniform temperature and easy replacement.
Heating Control Performance

3. Heating Element: High-quality silicon molybdenum rods
4. Control Mode: Uses PID temperature controller with self-tuning PID parameters, manual/automatic seamless switching, over-temperature alarm, 50 programmable time segments, automatic heating and stopping, meeting requirements for continuous temperature control.
Electronic components to ensure long-term stability and reliability. Once the program is set on the controller, pressing the start button completes the work automatically.
