Electric Decolorization Tester
Crockmeter ASR-5622 for Abrasion Resistance Evaluation
Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol ASR-5622 electric decolorization tester is used to test inks adhesion to evaluate inks performance.
It can perform dry grinding test, wet grinding test, decolorization change test, paper fuzz test and special friction test.
It is a professional equipment for evaluating the abrasion resistance or abrasion resistance of ink on paper or Cardboard.
The sample size is 140 * 50mm, the friction frequency is 60cpm, the friction load is 9N, and the friction stroke is 100mm.

Main Features:
1. Multifunctional test: support dry grinding, wet grinding, decolorization change, paper blur and special friction and other test modes.
2. Precise control: Equipped with an LCD counter, the counting range is 0 to 999,999, ensuring that the testing process is accurate and controllable.
3. Standard parameters: the friction frequency is 60cpm, the friction load is 9N, and the friction stroke is 100mm, providing stable test conditions.
4. Flexible customization: The standard friction head diameter is 16mm, and Miscellaneous specifications can be customized according to requirements.
Working Principle:
The device performs reciprocating friction motion on the surface of the specimen through the motor-driven friction head.
Under the set friction load, frequency and stroke, the abrasion situation in actual use is simulated, and the adhesion and wear resistance of inks are quantitatively evaluated by the change of inks state on the surface of the specimen before and after friction (such as decolorization and blurring degree).
