Touch Screen Brinell Rockwell Vickers Multifunction Hardness Tester HBRVS-187.5
Main Features:
● The IQUALITROL HBRVS-187.5 is a weight-loaded digital multifunctional hardness tester with three hardness test functions: Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers;
● Optimized mechanical structure and diamond-shaped appearance design;
● The test process is automated, the hardness value displays on touch screen, and there is no human error;
● It uses an ARM high-speed processor and a 5.6-inch LCD touch screen, and the interface is easy to operate.
● Touch screen displays the current test scale, test force, dwell time, hardness conversion value, indenter type, etc.;
● It has software calibration function; the indenter is dynamically displayed during loading and unloading, and the test status is observed in real time;
● Equipped with USB and RS232 data interfaces, which is convenient for users to process data;
● It has the function of storing data in the database, and the test data is stored synchronously and can be exported;
● Equipped with a micro printer, which can directly print the hardness test results;
● Optional computer system for data upload and intelligent control operations;
● The accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, GB/T231.2, GB/T4340.2; ISO6508-2, ISO6506-2, ISO6507-2, and American ASTM E18, ASTME10, ASTM E92.
