Product Overview:
The latest IQUALITROL HYHVS-5ZL, 10ZL, 30ZL, 50ZL; T2.1 automatic/T3.1 fully automatic Vickers hardness tester.
The main unit has an 8-inch LCD touch screen, automatic turret, equipped with fully automatic measurement system, through the computer to achieve the control of the digital display and the automatic stage and lifting screw (T3.1), and the hardness indentation image is imaged on the computer screen.
Integrating electrical control, optical imaging, mechanical displacement, image analysis, computer processing and other professional technologies of hardness testing instruments.
On mechanically, it adopts precise design, electrically, the test process is controlled by ARM high-speed processor, optically, it adopts high-definition optical measurement system, photoelectric sensor and other new technologies.
Integrating mechanical and photoelectric, improving the measurement accuracy of micro/Vickers or Knoop hardness; it is an ideal hardness testing instrument for colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, factories and quality inspection departments to conduct research and testing.

Functional Features:
The iqualitrol self-developed HYHV300 T2.1/T3.1 Vickers hardness vision automatic measurement system can directly control the hardness tester host, automatic coordinate test table and lifting screw (T3.1), can observe images and measure hardness values in real time, can measure manually and automatically.
The measurement process is fast and accurate, can automatically move the sample according to the set trajectory and read the reading, realize automatic turret, automatic focusing (T3.1), automatic loading, automatic displacement, automatic reading and other intelligent functions to meet the needs of high-end users.
● The system uses a 3-megapixel digital camera to capture images, effectively improving measurement accuracy;
● The automatic coordinate test table has multiple control methods, which can be computer-controlled, manually operated, or operated by a joystick;
● The system has the function of measuring the effective hardened layer depth with one key, and the computer controls the automatic hardness test, automatically generates a hardness curve, automatically calculates the effective hardened layer depth, and can print out the effective hardened layer depth curve and report;
● The system has error correction and calibration functions, which can correct the system error of the hardness tester;
● The position of the hardness indentation can be marked in real time, which is convenient for selecting the Vickers hardness measurement of different metallographic structures;
