Product advantages:
1. One-click test, automatic measurement: After finding a clear surface of the object to be measured, press start and the whole process will be automatically tested. After the test is completed, the system will automatically measure the indentation diameter and obtain the hardness value and hardness conversion value.
2. Three hardness conversion standards: There are three built-in hardness conversion standards, namely: national standard, European standard, and American standard. Select the conversion standard and scale, and the hardness conversion results and test results will be displayed at the same time.
3. Set the upper and lower limits of the hardness test: Set the upper and lower limits of the hardness test according to the workpiece hardness compliance requirements, which can more directly detect whether the test hardness of the workpiece is within the standard hardness range, and more conveniently determine whether the workpiece is qualified.
4. Multi-point test data analysis: The iqualitrol system has built-in multi-point test analysis results, such as the number of tests, the highest and lowest values of this group of tests, the average value and the standard deviation, which can make the hardness test more accurate and test more efficient.
